Resources

There are a plethora of resources regarding migraine headaches online. The following are some of my favorite sources of information:

Books

1. Heal Your Headache: The 1-2-3 Program by David Buchholz

This book is a fantastic source for anyone with migraines. Dr. Buchholz thoroughly explains the current (published in 2002) theories of what causes migraines, and discusses migraine treatment, the migraine diet, and possible medications.

Online

1. Vestibular Disorders Association (VEDA) Website

2. The Association for Migraine Disorders

The doctor that diagnosed me with migraine disorder belongs to the group of physicians that created this association.
