  • 3-4 oz Left-over Seasoned Roasted Chicken
  • 1 oz Deli Sliced American Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Baby Spinach or Kale
  • 1/4 cup Cooked Wild or White Rice
  • 1 LaTortilla Factory Wheat Free/Gluten Free Ancient Grain Ivory Teff Wrap
  • Mustard


  1. Place cheese, chicken and rice on the tortilla, then microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. Add baby spinach/kale and mustard to taste.
  3. Roll wrap, tucking in the ends.
  4. Cut in half, or eat whole.
